We establish the direction and an indicative budget before detailed paid design begins, so both sides know the journey feels realistic.

Once the direction and budget feel right, the detailed design stage begins. You receive our travel questionnaire and your trip designer starts building the route around your answers.

Do I need to pay before speaking with you?+
No. Your initial consultation, route discussion and indicative budget are complimentary. The Travel Design Fee is only taken when you choose to move forward with detailed bespoke planning.
Is the Travel Design Fee refundable?+
Once detailed itinerary design has begun, the fee is non-refundable. If you book the journey with us, the full amount is credited towards your trip.
Can I change a Signature Journey?+
Yes. Dates, hotel level and selected experiences can usually be adjusted. If the changes substantially alter the route or require a new itinerary, we may recommend moving to a Bespoke Journey.
Can I arrange only part of my trip with you?+
Absolutely. We can arrange your complete journey or focus on the parts where you need local support.
